UNIC’s journey into super automatic espresso machines began in 1968 with the CONTACT CT, marking a new era of innovation. The evolution continued with the CONTACT PRO, which introduced advanced electronic controls and set new standards in automation. The momentum continued with the TANGO® series, introduced in 2000 with our patented TANGO® group, revolutionizing extraction consistency and efficiency. Over the years, we refined our technology, enhancing performance and user experience. This evolution led to the TANGO® XP in 2024, our most advanced super automatic yet, blending precision, power, and passion. From the CONTACT CT to the TANGO® XP, innovation has always been our rhythm.
A Timeless Journey in Espresso Excellence
The STELLA series reflects UNIC’s blend of tradition and innovation. It began in 1954 with the STELLA, our first manual piston espresso machine, setting new standards for espresso quality. The evolution continued in 2009 with the STELLA DI CAFFÈ, introducing our state-of-the-art multi-boiler system and pioneering Thermalink Network technology, marking our active role in the specialty coffee segment. In 2019, for our centenary, we unveiled the STELLA EPIC, a fully customizable machine that gives baristas advanced control over extraction, fine-tuning every parameter to craft the perfect espresso. This journey highlights our commitment to empowering baristas and continuously elevating the art of coffee making.
